Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via email, secure file transfer, or shared workspace (Google Drive, Notion, or your preferred platform). No physical materials are shipped.

2. Delivery Formats

Deliverables are provided in professional formats: strategy documents (PDF, Google Docs); presentations (Google Slides, PDF, PowerPoint); spreadsheets and models (Google Sheets, Excel); code and technical deliverables (GitHub, ZIP archive); and reports (PDF, web dashboard). Specific formats are agreed in the project proposal.

3. Delivery Timeline

Timelines are specified in each project proposal and depend on scope, complexity, and current workload. Typical timelines: audit/review projects (2-3 weeks); strategy development (4-6 weeks); implementation support (ongoing, per agreement); and workshops (scheduled per availability). Client-side delays (feedback, material provision, approvals) extend timelines proportionally.

4. Acceptance and Approval

Upon delivery, you have 7 business days to review and provide feedback. If no feedback is received within 7 days, deliverables are deemed accepted. Revision requests within this period are handled per your plan's revision allowance.

5. Ongoing Engagements

For ongoing advisory or retainer engagements: sessions are scheduled monthly or bi-weekly per agreement; async support (email, voice notes) is available between sessions; and monthly or quarterly reports are provided as specified.

6. Post-Delivery Support

Questions about delivered work are answered free of charge for 30 days after delivery. Implementation guidance and clarification included. Extended support available as an add-on.
